Who Are You:

We’re Looking For a Digital Acquisition Advertisin Specialist who will be responsible for managing Whym’s paid advertising campaigns. As a consultant, you will work autonomously to set-up, manage, execute campaigns, but you will work closely with our Product Marketing Manager on the overall strategy and to continually refresh creative and copy assets. This is a part-time contract position, with an opportunity to grow with the company (potentially to a full time role in the future).


  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or technical field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience buying and optimizing digital ads
  • Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist including digital advertising, social and email marketing with good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
  • Experience at a SAAS company and/or agency working on SAAS client projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build relationships internally & externally and work with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Hands-on experience with media planning and audience segmentation, leveraging first- and third-party data
  • Understanding of tracking requirements and the breadth of paid media units for tactics including: Social, search, content syndication, traditional
  • Is tuned into bleeding-edge behavioral, marketing and social trends.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and autonomous.
  • Experience executing paid search
  • Experience ad buying and executing strategies on the following platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google SEO
  • Experience developing reporting to show ad performance and funnel metrics

  • Set-up, manage, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals
  • Primary individual responsible for maintaining and updating web properties (layouts, copy, tags, photos, listings, titles, metadata, etc.)
  • Identifies needs for new creative assets and works closely with Product Marketing Manager to continually optimize library
  • Collaborates with marketing content writer on SEO improvements; Assists with layout, code and copy updates within marketing automation system
  • Serves as the primary owner of digital campaign setup
  • Assists in research of target markets and clients as directed
  • Collaborate with data team to ensure tracking and pixels are installed and working
  • Work with data team to develop reporting (ad performance, funnel metrics) as requested by executive team
  • Manage allocated ad spend budget
