You’re obsessed with providing best-in-class experiences, you aren’t afraid to think outside the box and you’re ready to take on building a completely new approach to product through 1-1 conversational marketing.

We operate at an extremely fast past and will expect the same from you. This position will require your full attention & constant communication with our team.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 5+ years experience
  • Experience at a SAAS company and/or DNVB or e-commerce based retailer
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build relationships internally & externally and work with key stakeholders across the organization

Who We Are Together:

You will sit at the intersection between the customers, sales team, and the product team so you have to work very cross-functionally, working with PMs, design, Sales, Legal, and business development.


  • Experience, hunger and speed of start-up.
  • Expert at building value propositions and choosing where these messages should be communicated whether it's through a presentation to a partner, a blog post, a social post, or a TV commercial (etc).
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C GTM.
  • Is tuned into bleeding-edge behavioral, marketing and social trends.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and autonomous.
  • Has a strong expert opinion, but listens first.
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers.
  • Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Expert understanding of DNVB structure and models used throughout small businesses and large businesses.
  • Copywriting chops would be a plus!

The next 12 months:

  • This is a critical role in which you'll help drive awareness of Whym’s products and brand.
  • You'll report directly to the CEO and directly impact the growth of our products.
  • This includes our B2B and B2C offering.
  • Present Go-To-Market plan(s) to senior executives and ingest feedback / evolve plans.
  • Lead Whym’s GTM: determining how to market and communicate Whym to the public (B2B and B2C) to illustrate its features and benefits and through what mediums – including but not limited to:
    • Ingest, organize and create a plan of execution for multi-disciplinary team.
    • Work with in-house or external writers and other content creators to create the desired content.
    • You'll manage and execute our social media plans, including working with outside agencies and content creators.
    • You'll own our content marketing strategy and manage resources to create high-quality content that will generate organic search traffic.
    • You'll create and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
    • You'll guide our public relations strategy and manage the relationship with external PR resources.
    • You'll find and plan marketing appearances and sponsorships for events.
    • You'll find and book the founders for speaking engagements and appearances that would drive brand awareness.
  • Work closely with PM to develop and execute user research through a variety of tactics: interviews, surveys, focus groups, and feedback data.
  • Identify, RFP, select and manage external (agency) resources as needed.
  • Create and manage budgets for the product.
  • Responsible for running meetings, preparing agendas, and taking track of open questions that the cross-functional team needs to resolve.
